Today, we are releasing EmEditor v19.9.2.
Updates from v19.9.1 include:
- Fixed a bug where Find in Files could crash while window tabs are disabled.
- The new version allows you to use “-sp” as well as “/sp” to specify a new separate process from other EmEditor windows should be run. To set EmEditor as the default text editor for Git, open Git Bash and type:
git config --global core.editor "emeditor.exe -sp"
If you use the Desktop Installer version, you can select Check for Updates on the Help to download the newest version. If you use the Desktop portable version, you can go to the Download page to download the newest version. The Store App versions can be updated through Microsoft Store (64-bit or 32-bit) after a few days.
