Lifetime Licenses

Thank you for using EmEditor.

Many customers have asked us for lifetime licenses, and so we now offer lifetime licenses. A lifetime license allows you to upgrade to the newest versions of EmEditor whether minor or major upgrades, during the lifetime of the EmEditor product (*1). Only upgrades of EmEditor Professional are covered by the lifetime licenses (*2).

*1 Lifetime licenses are valid only during EmEditor development and updates. If the product development is aborted for any reasons, lifetime license services will end.

*2 If text editors for Windows 8 Metro-style app or any other OS are developed in the future, this lifetime license will not apply for those future products.
