As I known, in Emeditor, you can search ”

[[:cntrl:]]

”
in Replace dialog by using Regular Expression. Then replace with “null”(empty) or blank. All non printable will be deleted or changed to space. [[:cntrl:]] is posix character which means non-printable character.
