Crash in 16.6.0 (probably earlier revisions too)

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Click the tray icon with right mouse button
2.) Chose “Customize Tray Icon …”
3.) Chose “Customize Menu …”
4.) Select the separator below “New and paste in quotes”
5.) Chose “Insert Above”
6.) Chose “New Text” and press okay

An exception will be throw at that time:

PS: This does not happen when the menu was already successfully customized before. But when I reboot my system and perform this as initial steps, it happens all the time.
