From v17.8 ~ v18.2.0
1. Initial launch EmEditor with all default settings.

2. Type “test”

3. Press Ctrl + F

4. Enable the following options, but do not close the Find dialog box
Match Case
Use Regular Expressions or Use Escape Sequence
Match Whole Word

5. Use mouse to select “test”

6. Press Ctrl + F again

7. The above options in the Find dialog box will be reset.
EmEditor v17.7 is ok.
