If you are working on a text file, and you right-mouse click on that text file, when you click on one of the options of that menu, in windows 10, you have to go all the way to the other side to get to the menu options. While on Windows 11, the mouse is right where the option is. For example, in any document, right-mouse click on it, and choose the “Convert Selection” option. When you do that on Windows 10, you have to go all the way to the other side to choose one of the options of “Convert Selection”. Which on Windows 11, the options are opened right where the mouse is. Is there a setting for Windows 10 to also behave that way? Thanks.

I am not sure if I understand your question. Can you post or email me a screenshot to explain the issue? What is the display resolution of Windows 10?July 24, 2023 at 5:20 pm #29319jicParticipant
Thanks for the quick reply. I have sent you some screen-shots explaining the problem. Thanks.July 25, 2023 at 9:47 am #29321Yutaka EmuraKeymaster
I’ve received your email with screenshots. Most menus including EmEditor’s context menu open right or left according to your Windows Tablet PC Settings – Handedness. I believe your Windows 10 has the “Right-handed” option set while your Windows 11 has the “Left-handed” option set. Please see:
