    Smooth scroll is not set.

    I believe that the previous versions of EmEditor did not have this problem.

    The problem appears with all files. Pressing the UP or DOWN arrow key simply leads to slow vertical movement of the cursor.

    BIOS: TOSHIBA Default System BIOS Version 6.80
    Motherboard: TOSHIBA PORTEGE R930 Version A0
    Display name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
    Display resolution: 1920 x 1080
    Display dots per inch (DPI): 120

    2. This problem did not previously occur.

    3. The problem is unaffected by “Use Double Buffering”.

    4. This is a problem, serious enough to switch to a faster editor. Please rectify!
