What are the EmEditor subdomains?

On April 2026, we have unified all website domains to a single, emeditor.com domain. This is a list of all subdomains for our websites.

www.emeditor.com, de.emeditor.com, jp.emeditor.com, ko.emeditor.com, zh-cn.emeditor.com, zh-tw.emeditor.com: EmEditor homepages
support.emeditor.com: Emurasoft Customer Center
download.emeditor.com: EmEditor downloads
help.emeditor.com: Help pages
stripe.emeditor.com: Payment page

The domains emeditor.org and emeditor.info now redirect to the help pages and downloads. Existing URLs with these domains will continue to work.

If your organization uses a firewall for the EmEditor executable, please whitelist the following for full functionality:

For EmEditor registration: Allow support.emeditor.com (ports 80 and 443) for the executable EmEditor.exe
For automatic updates: Allow download.emeditor.com (ports 80 and 443) for the executable eeupdate.exe
