Strange jump to end after saving file

I use EmEditor Professional 14.5.0, 64-bit, Russian locale. Today it began to behave oddly: when I save current file (with menu or hotkeys), the cursor jumps right to the end of the file instead of staying in current position. Bringing it back after every saving is a problem, especially in large files.

How to fix this?

This is fixed on the latest version v14.5.2. Please always update EmEditor to the newest version.
