– Synchronize selection to cursor position check box was deprecated.

These EULAs are included in the installer, but not copied to the destination folder. You can see the EULA during the install.

Hi Stefan,
I think it is a best to incorporate this particular feature to Undo/Redo, so that Undo will restore the most current selection, and it will be easier to remember the shortcut (CTRL + Z). I will think about this in future versions. Meanwhile, there are more important features that I have to work on.

If EmEditor crashes, a crash report file will be created usually in the C:\ProgramData\Emurasoft\EmEditor\Error\ folder. Please email the most recent file (compressed to a Zip archive) to [email protected] as an attachment with the detail information including procedure to reproduce your issue.

“Select Vertically” will select but will return to the normal mode after you finish selection. “Sticky Vertical” will always select vertically, Even after you finish selection, when you press SHIFT + arrows, you will begin to make vertical selections.

I don’t think it is possible. Instead, you can follow all forum messages by one of the following two methods:
1) Subscribe the RSS feed. You can use your favorite RSS reader and subscribe http://www.emeditor.com/feed/
2) Receive by updates by email. In this case, please enter your email at http://www.emeditor.com/forums/ and press “Subscribe”

I am still not sure what your question is, but I can interpret your questions in one of two ways.
1) You want to preview an EmEditor theme before you download.
Well, I use WordPress, and currently I don’t think I can spend time to improve the user interface. I rather want to focus on EmEditor development.
2) You want to preview a theme before you select one from EmEditor configuration properties.
This is already possible. When you select a preview, the selected theme will reflect to the EmEditor window automatically.

Are you talking about the “Edit” tab of the Customize dialog box? — “Tag Format”?
This might become useful when you open a compiler error log, and want to jump to error positions, for instance.I see the current behavior with drag and drop while multiple selections are enabled. I will look into this issue.

We tested in Chinese (Taiwan) Windows, and there was no problem in the Updater function in EmEditor (v14.4.3 and v14.4.4). Please make sure you download EmEditor from our website, and make sure the digital signature is OK. (See http://www.emeditor.com/support/#toggle-id-1 to read how to check the Digital Signature is OK). You may download EmEditor from any language pages of our website. Whether you download from English page (http://www.emeditor.com/download/) or Chinese (http://zh-tw.emeditor.com/download/), you will get exactly the same file.

Can you please uninstall the current version of EmEditor, download the latest version at http://www.emeditor.com/download/ , and select “English” in the first dialog box when you run the installer? Then, please select “Check for Updates” and see if you can reproduce the same issue.
