    I once wrote to the author of the program asking him to implement this function, but for some reason he did not want to, he thought it was not necessary.

    issue in the toolbar
    Hello,

    In the last beta, there was an issue with the display of elements in the toolbar, such as arrows and separators.
    They become visible after refreshing the panel.
    This only happens in Very Dark mode, in Light mode everything is displayed.
    See screenshot.

    Also, is it possible to make arrows in Very Dark mode to be white instead of black, so that they are clearly visible?

    spiros I agree.
    EmEditor’s very dark mode remains in beta version, unfortunately it has a lot of flaws. The very appearance of the editor interface, in particular the icons on the toolbar buttons, is outdated, and is at the level of Windows XP style, which is not very compatible with the dark mode.It would be good to refresh the interface by making it more modern, corresponding to Windows 10, using monochrome icons that effectively switch to dark mode.

    When you hover the mouse cursor over the macro icon in the Macro toolbar, instead of tooltips in the desired language, the entire line with all languages is displayed.

    Toolbar HTML can not be moved to another position. If it moved the other panel, hiding the buttons are not displayed in the popup menu as the other Toolbar.

    In EmEditor 9 Function Bar it will be corrected?

    For example, on last button there is no appointed function.

    Likely it is necessary to add customization that the user could appoint functions necessary for it itself.
