Historically, EmEditor’s design didn’t support RTL or bi-di languages. Japanese is not one of the RTL or bi-di languages.
Supporting the RTL or bi-di languages mean almost complete re-design of the core of EmEditor, so it is challenging. However, given such enormous demands, I might consider that in future versions, but not in v11. I hope you understand.Thanks!
Hello Deipotent,
I didn’t want to implement the incremental finding or highlighting where only checkboxes are toggled. Selecting a previous Find text from the drop-down will now update the incremental find & highlighting. This is because everytime the incremental find occurs, the cursor position will move. Some might not like this behavior.

HTML Toolbar is a plug-in, and it doesn’t have the feature to show the hidden buttons as a popup menu like other Core toolbars.
Currently, this is the specification, but I might find a way to add the popup menu in the future. Thanks!Athan,

On the Keyboard tab of configuration properties, you can press CTRL, release CTRL, and press PageUp to assign CTRL + PageUp.

No, it is not possible to change the colours of the active tabs. The design is the same as Windows standard controls.
If you are using the latest version, you can go to the View tab of the Customize dialog box, where you can customize the custom bar text and background colors.

In EmEditor r is ignored, so you should try using this?
^(.*)(n1)+$
In future versions, I might add a new command to remove duplicate lines, so you won’t need to use regular expression replace in the future.

Unfortunately, there is no option to force the position of all dialogs except the Find/Replace and a few other dialogs. If this is very important, I might add the option to save positions. Thanks!

Thanks for you comments, however, I can’t reproduce your issue. Maybe, it will be clear if you take a screenshot, or even better, a screencast and send it to me at [email protected]. Or, please try at a different PC or a virtual PC if you could reproduce this issue. Maybe, you might want to reset all configurations, and see if you can still reproduce this issue. To reset all configurations, you can go to Select Configuration on the Tool menu, select Define Configurations, and then click the Reset All button.

Hi pad13,
You should be able to select a whole line by clicking on the line number. Please make sure you are using the latest version of EmEditor Professional, and the Line Numbers are visible. You shouldn’t press any CTRL or SHIFT key while you left-clicking the line number.
