EmEditor Professional v10.0.6 released!

Today, we are pleased to announce the release of EmEditor Professional v10.0.6.

Updates from v10.0.5 include:

– Fixed the bug where opening the Replace dialog box could crash EmEditor.

– Fixed the bug where the color print did not draw underlines properly.

– Fixed the bug where the status bar information was incorrect on selecting a menu item when the toolbar titles are disabled,

– When a misspelled word is at the last line of the document, right-clicking under the word could crash EmEditor.

– Fixed the bug where the Clipboard history could contain 33 items but the last item was unable to access.

– Fixed the bug where the Auto Save tab of configuration properties could not be selected when Simplified or Traditional Chinese user interface was selected.

– Fixed part of the Simplified Chinese user interface.

– Fixed the bug where CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER might not have worked properly for the Snippets plug-in.

– Fixed the bug where the Enable Shortcut Keys menu item under All Commands > View > Output Bar did not show the check mark on the left when it was enabled.

– Fixed the bug where ATOK 2011 (Japanese IME) palette did not open when EmEditor is launched.

– Fixed the bug where the Compare feature ignoring comments might not have worked properly.

– Fixed the bug where the mouse cursor when dragging a tab might not have appeared correctly.

– Fixed the bug where selecting New and Paste from the tray icon menu might have pasted to the existing document.

We were shocked and saddened by the tragic loss of life and damage caused by the devastating earthquake and tsunamis occurred in Japan on March 11th, 2011. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected. Today, we donated JPY 1,000,000 to the Japanese Red Cross Society. It is a little money but we hope it will help some lives and people in the affected area. We sincerely extend our deepest sympathies to all concerned during this difficult time.

Our hearts are with people affected by the Japan Earthquake.

EmEditor Professional v10.0.5 released!

Today, we are pleased to announce the release of EmEditor Professional v10.0.5.

We added Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese user interfaces to this version. We are looking forward to hearing your feedback if you know these languages.

Updates from v10.0.4 include:

– Fixed the bug where the template contents could be inserted on editing a snippet if you specify a template for the Text configuration.
– Fixed the bug where UTF-8 auto-detect may not have worked when opening a very large file.
– Fixed the bug where only a portion of very large file could be searched when trying to use Find in Files feature with a very large file.
– Fixed the bug where clicking the “Find Up” did not count matches on a certain condition.
– Fixed the bug where the cursor did not move to start/end of document when “Additional Lines to Search for Regular Expressions” was not 0.
– Fixed other bugs.
– Added Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese user interfaces.

Today, we are pleased to announce the release of EmEditor Professional v10.0.2.

Updates from v10.0.1 include:

– Fixed the bug where text might not be wrapped at a right position when the Wrap by Page mode is selected.

– Fixed the bug where Word Complete plug-in did not display the candidate list automatically when the Ruler is on.

– When restoring workspace takes too much time, the incorrect “Failed to restore the workspace. Do you want to erase the currently saved workspace?” message appeared. This was fixed.

– A certain corresponding bracket behavior fixed.

– Changed the default regular expression for the End Indent.

– Fixed the bug where a tab was not recorded when the “Insert Spaces for Tabs” was on.

– U+2460 – U+24FE, and U+2776 – U+2793 characters are now considered as full-width characters.
